Our 50ml fragrances can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
Bottles must be unused and in their original packaging. An $8 return label fee is deducted from your refund.
Final sale
Not eligible for return
Minis, the Unlock Collection, homeware, testers and gift cards are final sale.
The Unlock Collection is designed for discovery — live with every scent first, and $50 of it is credited toward your first 50ml.
Damaged or incorrect
Within 7 days of delivery
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging.
How to return
Three steps
- Sign in with the email used for your order, select the order and choose the 50ml you'd like to return.
- Once approved, we'll email your prepaid return label. Pack the bottle securely in its original box — fragrance ships by ground only.
- Your refund, less the $8 label fee, is issued once your return arrives and is inspected.

Questions
Can I return a fragrance I've used?
No. Returns are accepted on unused 50ml bottles in their original packaging only.
Can I return a mini or the Unlock Collection?
No, both are final sale. The Unlock Collection's $50 credit applies toward any 50ml fragrance.
Why is there a return fee?
The $8 fee covers your prepaid ground return label and is deducted from your refund.
