how long does shipping take?
Please allow 1-2 Business Days for your order to process. For US orders; we offer Standard Shipping (2-3 business days) as well as Express Shipping (1-2 Business days). All orders over 200 US dollars come with Free Standard Shipping.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently do not ship outside the U.S. but we will be offering shipping to the EU, UK, and Canada as soon as possible. Please stay tuned for updates.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer complimentary returns on all 50ml fragrances within 15 days of purchase. Each 50ml fragrance includes a complimentary 3ml sample so you can experience the scent before opening the full-size bottle.
To be eligible for a return, both the unopened 50ml fragrance and accompanying 3ml sample must be returned together. The 50ml fragrance must remain unopened, unused, and in its original condition with the protective plastic seal intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Please note: Purchased Minis and Unlock Collections are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Rose Steady Exception:
As Rose Steady 3ml samples are currently sold out, Rose Steady 50ml purchases may be returned within 15 days only if very lightly tested, and provided the product is returned in good condition.
