Our fragrances are crafted with a blend of natural ingredients, plant-derived essential oils, and safe synthetics. We never use animal products, ingredients from endangered plant species, or known allergens. We partner with the leading perfume house specializing in natural ingredients and ethical sourcing to create luxurious, safe, and long-lasting scents.

Our brand was created out of a desire for cleaner, safer luxury fragrance. We select ingredients and formulate based on a combination of factors, including quality, safety, efficacy, stability, and functional properties. We choose to formulate our scents with natural, upcycled ingredients, and notes derived from green chemistry. We operate with full ingredient transparency and formulate without listed EU allergens, parabens, and other toxins—you can see our full no list in the "Formulated Without" section above.
We use upcycling technology where it is both available to us and additive to the formula. Upcycled ingredients will have a slightly different scent. Ingredients' scent profiles shift based on where they are sourced from and this always plays a role into the selection process.
We consciously choose not to formulate with 100% natural ingredients. While we use many naturals and essential oils, contrary to popular belief, heavy concentrations of natural and raw substances can cause severe reactions. By incorporating green chemistry, we are able to pull inspiration from nature and create synthetics that are gentler on your skin and the environment.
We hold ourselves to high standards of quality. Our scents are made in partnership with industry leading perfumers, carefully crafted to last from the finest essential oils, absolutes, and synthetics derived from green chemistry. Craft extends beyond our formulas and into every designed touchpoint of our brand.

Belnu never tests on animals or uses animal derived products. Every ingredient we use is vegan and ethically sourced.
We use responsible materials whenever possible without compromising on quality. Our packaging is cut from FSC certified paper and board, our bottle is fully recyclable glass, and our cap is made from post consumer recycled (PCR) plastic.
